Our Clermont roots
Three decades of straightening teeth in South Lake County
Dr. Ogden finished his orthodontic residency at the University of Florida in 1994 and started treating patients in Clermont that same year. The city has changed a lot since then. Many of the parents bringing their kids in today grew up here when US 27 was mostly citrus groves, and some of them sat in Dr. Ogden's chair themselves as teenagers.
That kind of continuity matters in orthodontics. Treatment runs a year or two, and growing kids are often watched for years before braces ever go on. At a practice owned by one orthodontist, you see the same doctor at every visit, from the first consultation to the day the braces come off. Your treatment plan never gets handed to whoever happens to be rotating through the office that month.
The doctor behind the practice
Dr. Robert Ogden
Dr. Ogden earned his DDS from Case Western Reserve University, completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Florida, and opened his Clermont practice the same year he finished. He plans every case himself and checks your progress personally at every visit, in Clermont and at both of his other Central Florida offices.
