If you are looking at clear aligners, the first question is usually what they cost, and the second is whether they will actually work on your case.
Ogden Orthodontics publishes Invisalign pricing rather than making you sit through a consultation to hear a number. Dr. Robert Ogden is an orthodontic specialist who has practiced in Central Florida since 1994, and he plans and oversees every case himself at all three offices, so the person who reviews your scan is the person you see at each appointment. The consultation costs nothing and there is no obligation to start.
What it costs
Most orthodontic offices will not give you a number until you are sitting in the chair. Here are ours. Your consultation confirms which of these fits your case before you commit to anything.
Invisalign Touch-Up
$2,495
For minor alignment corrections
Invisalign Comprehensive
$4,895
For full correction of bite and alignment
Payment plans are available in house. We will go through the full cost, what your insurance covers, and the monthly figure at your consultation, so you are deciding with the real number in front of you.
Before you commit
Clear aligners are not the answer for every bite, and any office that tells you otherwise is selling rather than diagnosing. Check anything below that sounds like you, and we will tell you what is worth raising at your consultation.
Bring these to your consultation
Check a few boxes above and this will fill in with the specific things to ask Dr. Ogden about.
This is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Aligners only move teeth while they are in your mouth, and that is the single biggest factor in whether treatment finishes on schedule. Dr. Ogden will tell you at the consultation which option actually fits your case, including when the answer is braces, and including when the answer is to wait.
The process
Four stages, from the first visit to the day the aligners come out for good.
Dr. Ogden examines your teeth and bite and tells you whether aligners will do the job. You leave with a recommendation and a written price. There is no charge and no obligation to start.
An iTero digital scanner captures a 3D model of your teeth. Dr. Ogden maps the movements and the timeline, and you see a preview of the projected result before treatment begins.
Your custom aligners arrive and you change to the next set on the schedule Dr. Ogden sets. Wear them twenty to twenty two hours a day, taking them out to eat, brush, and floss.
You come in periodically so Dr. Ogden can confirm the teeth are tracking to plan and order refinements if they are not. Once treatment finishes, a retainer holds the result.
Who plans your case
Clear aligner treatment is only as good as the plan behind it. The software generates a proposed sequence of movements, but someone with orthodontic training has to review it, correct it, and adjust when teeth do not track the way the plan predicted.
At Ogden Orthodontics that person is Dr. Robert Ogden, and he is the only treating orthodontist across all three offices. He reviews your scan, sets the plan, and sees you at every progress check. There is no rotating roster and no handoff partway through.
Digital records
Aligners are built from a 3D model of your teeth. We capture that model with an iTero digital scanner, which passes over your teeth and builds the image on screen while you sit in the chair. You can see your own scan as it comes together.
The scan does more than produce a model. It is what Dr. Ogden uses to map your treatment, and it lets us show you a projection of where your teeth are expected to end up before you decide whether to start. If aligners are not the right approach for your bite, the scan tends to make that clear early rather than several months in.

Common questions
Invisalign Touch-Up is $2,495 and Invisalign Comprehensive is $4,895. Which one applies depends on how much movement your case needs, and Dr. Ogden confirms that at your consultation. Payment plans are available in house, and we will tell you what your insurance covers before you decide.
Touch-Up cases generally finish in under six months. Comprehensive cases usually run past twelve months. The larger variable is wear time. Aligners only move teeth while they are in, so a patient who takes them out often will finish later than the plan predicts.
Not necessarily at this practice. Cost tracks the complexity of the case more than the appliance. Dr. Ogden will quote both options at your consultation when both are clinically appropriate, so you can compare the actual numbers for your own case rather than a general estimate.
Many can. The clinical question is whether the bite is suited to aligners, and the practical question is whether the teen will wear them twenty to twenty two hours a day. Dr. Ogden will give you a straight answer on both at the consultation, including when braces would be the more reliable route.
Usually, yes. Attachments are small tooth-colored bumps bonded to some of your teeth so the aligners have something to grip. They are what let aligners do movements that plastic alone cannot manage, so most cases need at least a few. They come off at the end of treatment. Dr. Ogden will tell you at the consultation roughly how many your case needs and where they sit, because they are the part patients are most often surprised by.
Less than braces, more than nothing. They are matched to your tooth color, so at conversational distance most people do not spot them, though they are visible close up and you will feel them with your tongue. If having nothing visible at all is the reason you are considering aligners, this is worth raising before you commit rather than after.
Less often than with braces, though you still need progress checks so Dr. Ogden can confirm the teeth are tracking to the plan. He sets the interval based on your case and tells you the schedule up front so you can plan around work or school.
Yes. Teeth drift after any orthodontic treatment, aligners included. Retention is how the result holds. We go over your retainer options and what wearing them long term looks like before your treatment finishes.
Dr. Ogden examines your teeth and bite, takes the records needed, and tells you plainly whether aligners fit your case, whether braces would work better, or whether it makes sense to wait. You leave with a written price and a recommended plan. There is no obligation to start.
One visit, no charge, no obligation. You leave knowing whether aligners will work for you, what it costs, and how long it takes.
